SalaryDriver Hire Southampton are currently recruiting for an experienced Van driver to work on behalf of our client specialising in the agricultural industry. Our client is looking for a keen and motivated individual who goes above and beyond.
About this position:
- 6-month temporary contract
- Monday to Friday- No weekends
- Loading and unloading of vehicle
- Start time is 7:00am till finish
- Delivering bottles of fertilisers
- Deliveries are made to farms, residential areas as well as vineyards
- Up to 20 deliveries per day
- Some long distance driving
Requirements for this Van role:
- Full UK driving licence with a minimum of 12 months experience
- Own transport to commute to and from work is essential
- Provide great customer service at all times
- Understand manual handling and heavy lifting due to the nature of the job
- Fantastic time keeping
- Previous delivery driving experience is beneficial
