Van Driver (3.5 Tonne)

Gelatisserie is a food and packaging supplier, supplying numerous restaurants and caterers with unique ingredients and industry leading products for the hospitality industry.

```Overview:

We are currently seeking a Van Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for driving and delivering goods to various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to operate a pump truck and tail lift to deliver pallets of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to designated locations

- Load and unload items from the vehicle

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries

- Communicate with customers to ensure accurate delivery of goods

- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Skills:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to drive long distances and navigate various routes

- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and loading/unloading items

- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
