Service: Information Services Team
Salary: SC3 £21,624 pa (pro rata)
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week over 5 days (flexibility to work weekends and evenings on occasion is required)
Contract Term: Permanent
Closing Date: Friday 31st May 2024
Interview Date: There is no set date for interviews. These will be scheduled in as and when suitable applications are received
Location: Leeds City Centre Office
About the role
In this role, you will provide Reception and room booking support to both the Information Services Manager and Income Generation Director. As the first point of contact for visitors to our building, you will provide a warm welcome, along with basic information and signposting about Age UK Leeds and other services partners, as appropriate. You will also be responsible for our meeting spaces, ensuring our hirers have a positive experience when using them.
