Part Time Receptionist

Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading Manufacturer to recruit two Part Time Receptionists to cover a morning and afternoon shift.

The company are looking to recruit a reliable and professional Part Time Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Skills

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in computerised systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in using MS packages
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical duties
- Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
