APS Autoparts is a small business outside Newry in Culloville. We are a fast paced motor factors operating over 30 years supplying customers all over Ireland & UK.
Overview:
We are currently seeking a Van Driver to join our team, The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company vans to transport goods between locations
- Load and unload items from the van
- Ensure goods are safely secured during transportation
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and clients
- Perform routine checks on the van to ensure it is in good working condition
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and traffic laws
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Van Driver or Delivery Driver is advantageous
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when loading and unloading goods
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Commercial Driving Licence (CDL)
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
