Brewer Morris are delighted to be supporting the UK hire of a VAT Manager for a highly respected European bank. The role reports into the UK Head of Tax and works very closely with the wider finance function. Operating within a wider international group, the UK VAT Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely filings for diverse tax responsibilities. From review of VAT returns, PESM calculations, BDR calculations, balance sheet review for VAT related reconciliations and providing advisory support to the UK and wider international branches.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience within a VAT function
- UK VAT compliance experience
- Banking experience is preferred from industry or practice
