Vehicle Finance Executive
Hewett are pleased to be in partnership with a local automotive dealership that has close to 20 years of industry experience behind them. On offer is the chance to get on board during an exciting phase for the company with new projects on the horizon to cover a national reach.
Here you will connect with both new and existing customers forging long term relationships guiding them through the process of financing a vehicle and discussing the options available. This position will be on a warm desk and will require no lead generation. This Vehicle Finance Executive opportunity requires someone with a positive, can-do attitude to work within a fast-paced team environment.
This role would suit someone with an exposure to automotive sales or experience in a brokerage environment or similar.
Salary: £23,000 - £25000 - OTE £40,000 - £50,000.
Vehicle Finance ExecutiveResponsibilities:
- Listening to customer requirements to gain a clear understanding of their needs in order to provide suitable options.
- Maintain and develop strong telephony skills to build a rapport with the customer and to ultimately close the sale efficiently and in the customers' best interest.
- Gaining and maintaining strong product knowledge.
- Display high levels of efficiency & accuracy in all areas of the role and especially with regards to producing finance quotations and dealing with associated electronic documentation.
- Balancing your own workload by ensuring that new enquiries are dealt with as well as managing ongoing enquiries.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets. Positively set and agree weekly goals with your sales manager.
- Adhere to monthly KPI targets.
Vehicle Finance ExecutiveRequirements:
- Previous experience working in a brokerage environment. (Fleet, Energy, Car, Insurance)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and in particular, excellent telephone skills.
