Due to business expansion, we have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Vehicle Fleet Administrator to join their Fleet Team based in Great Dunmow, Essex. This is an exciting, fast paced, and challenging opportunity to provide support and continued growth to an already established Team.
The Company:
Our client is a rapidly growing business, who have been providing Home to School Transport across the UK for children . The company is responsible for the home to school transport of over 6000 passengers daily all with varying needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation, where you will be part of a Dynamic, Successful, and forward-thinking company that is growing both organically and through acquisition.
Vehicle Fleet Administrators Role
· Organising Vehicle which are due to or have came off the fleet to be sold to dealers or auction houses
· Ensuring all vehicle records are accurate and up to date on our internal systems
· Co-coordinating with Dealerships
· Liaising with Company car drivers with regards to vehicle which are due to come off the fleet
· Liaising with garages & suppliers for any body repair work
· Making sure all vehicles are inspected to ensure they are fully equipped and meet the required standards
· Managing all the calls and Emails into the Fleet Department
· Making sure all vehicles have the logbook, keys and service history before being sold on to dealerships
Fleet Administrator Requirements
- Confident and Self Motivated
- Administration knowledge
- Previous experience in Vehicle Fleet / Used Car sales / New car sales preferred.
- Able to work in a fast paced sometimes pressured environment
- Good communication skills
- Good Management and Organisational Skills
- Proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data and generating reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident and Assertive and be able to communicate at all levels
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Knowledge and understanding of vehicles and vehicle maintenance
