Vehicle Leasing Consultant - Ashford, Kent

Our client is looking for a self-motivated, focused and determined salesperson to join their friendly team as an account manager. Based in an easily accessible office in Ashford, we are looking to attract proven salespeople who would like a change of industry. Ideal candidates would have strong sales backgrounds within a target-driven environment. Motor Trade experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Our client is a privately-owned vehicle sourcing and financing company based in Ashford. With nearly 20 years of trading under their belt, they are currently undertaking a period of controlled growth. The client has a policy of rewarding loyalty by promoting from within as they grow, so prospects are excellent for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
- Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting a suitable understanding of finance products and funder criteria.
- Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry.
- To meet KPI targets
What we're looking for:
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Willingness to meet and exceed sales targets, whilst working as part of a wider team
- Strong closing skills
- A commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Can positively contribute to a first-class team.
- Reliable and able to work using own initiative.
Hours and Pay
- £20k basic + £300 per month car allowance £35-£40k OTE.
- 8:30 am-5:30 pm
- Office Based
