As a Temporary Paint Sprayer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the aesthetic appeal and quality of our clients vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to apply paint using a spray gun, ensuring even coverage and meeting our stringent quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to meet production schedules and maintain a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize paint spraying equipment to apply paint to new vehicles
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking and priming
- Ensure accurate color matching and consistency in paint application
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals
- Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an automotive setting
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and application techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and chemical handling
- Bodyshop expierence is beneficial but not required
