Transactional Finance Manager

A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Transactional Finance Manager position based in Staffordshire.

Description

The duties include:

• Oversee all Transactional Finance teams including banking, accounts payable, credit control, billing and accounts receivables
• Take charge of the month end closing procedures for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers
• Assist the management accountant with month-end transaction queries
• Putting processes in place to improve customer and supplier relationships
• Review current processes and drive continuous improvement
• Manage a small team of department managers
• Coach and motivate the team encouraging a high performing working culture

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience in a similar role - Essential
• Be able to manage a large team and support various levels of employees - Essential
• Have excellent communication and coaching skills - Essential
• Be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £70,000 + parking + pension
