We're recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients team based on the outskirts of Lancaster.Our client is a leading provider of specialist services to their client base throughout the UK, they have an enviable reputation and are leaders in their field.The role will provide a customer focused and comprehensive administrative support service as part of our client's recruitment team. Providing administration support to hiring managers.This is a busy, fast paced role and we're looking for a candidate who will bring positivity and enthusiasm along with the desire to develop in the role and grow their career.The day-to-day general duties include:• Posting job adverts on relevant websites and job boards, ensuring the advert templates are correct and up to date.• Ensuring that the applicant tracking system is used properly and that everything is up to date and relevant.• Handling enquiries from candidates and colleague, providing excellent administrative support.• Arrange interviews as requested.• Support candidates and hiring managers with any issues on the tracking system.• Typing up of documents, letters, handbooks, etc• Maintain filing systems.• Co-ordinate, copy, print and distribute documentation as needed.
The successful candidate will have a good background in working in a busy office. Be able to demonstrate accuracy and computer literacy. Take an organised approach to work and have a good eye for detail.
We're looking for a candidate who is confident in proving excellent customer experience and who has the ability to form good working relationships with colleagues and candidates.Our client is offering a salary of up to £21,500 per annum, along with 35 days holiday including bank holidays.
