Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Administrator based within in Salford,

Available shifts / Locations below:

  • Monday until Friday (5 days a week)- This is a full time position
  • Postcode: M50 2TG
  • 08:30-17:00PM
  • £14.37 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
  • Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have at least 2 years previous experience
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures
  • COSHH
  • Understanding of FM business or similar environment
  • Able to work as part of a team and interact with Client and Suppliers
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work to deadlines
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook Experience in using Planon or similar CAFM system
  • Experience in using business finance and administration systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa
  • Previous experience working in a high-end, fast paced environment GCSE’s minimum Grade C in English and Maths
