Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

The garage offers MOT’s, servicing and repairs to a huge range of vehicles, they are looking to recruit an experience Mechanic / MOT Tester to join their busy team.
About The Role:
Mot testing on cars, vans up to 3.5ton, 4 x 4's & motorhomes. Up to date testing qualifications & assessments. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each repair or maintenance task. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required. Experience working with GM vehicles is preferred but not required. Proficiency in equipment repair, including welding and auto body repair, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Full UK Driving Licence.
Candidates must have own tools, the company provides diagnostics machine etc.
