Experienced Vehicle Technician
Are you passionate about cars and possess strong technical expertise? We're seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to providing high-quality vehicle servicing, MOT, and repairs across a range of manufacturers.
Preferred qualifications include certification as a MOT tester, although candidates without this credential will also be considered
Job Responsibilities:
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on various types of vehicles, including brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and electrical system troubleshooting, while adhering to company and industry standards.
Communicate vehicle issues effectively to the customers and conduct additional repair work as advised.
Maintain a safe and orderly workplace environment, ensuring the safety of all team members.
Utilise advanced diagnostic tools to ensure thorough testing, diagnosis, and repairs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Needed:
Qualified, certified Technician (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent to Level 3) with a valid UK Driver's License.
Advanced technical knowledge and expertise in areas such as engine repair, electrical systems, and diagnostic software proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibility for the quality and quantity of work performed.
Schedule:
Day Shifts, Monday-Friday (Half-day Saturdays)
Licence/Certification:
Certified City & Guilds Automotive Level 3 (required)
Valid UK Driver's License (required)

Salary: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
