I am working with a client to recruit Admin support on a temporary basis.
This role is fully office based in Wakefield, close to the centre or local paid parking is available.
Working Hours - 9 - 5.30 but can be flex if needed (8 - 4.30)
Temp for around 6- 8 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Accurately inputting data into company databases or spreadsheets.
- Ensuring data quality and correctness.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organizing and maintaining records, files, and documents.
- Filing paperwork efficiently.
- Managing paper and electronic filing systems
- Verifying data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Following established procedures for data entry.
- Meeting data entry targets and deadlines.
- Working efficiently to process data within specified timeframes.
- Paying close attention to detail to prevent errors.
- Double-check entries for accuracy.
