Your next big opportunity is at Downland Vet Group!
Exciting job opportunity in the sunny coastal West Sussex, this is a role that would suit a progressive driven small animal vet that is keen to develop themselves alongside the small team. We are open to all levels of flexibility and the role does not involve any OOH and only a share of the Saturday rota.
A little about us
Nestled within a purpose-built facility just a stone's throw from the serene coastline, Downland Veterinary Group in Selsey is dedicated to providing top-notch care for beloved pets. Our practice boasts separate dogs and cats waiting rooms, both proudly accredited with the ISFM Silver standard, ensuring a calm and tailored experience for your furry companions. With two consultation rooms and dedicated kennels for dogs, cats, and isolation purposes, we prioritise the comfort and well-being of every patient.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, our digital X-ray and dental X-ray facilities enable precise diagnostics and comprehensive care. We understand the importance of a vet's focused administrative time, which is why we've designed a separate office to ensure you’re not disturbed during such.
We also work in close connection with the main hospital in Bognor where we have certificate holders to support you with your cases!
About the Team and Culture
Selsey is a 1 to 1.5 vet practice and has the luxury of 4 RVNs and a dedicated reception team. The team works in close relationships with our other branches and in particular with our hospital in Bognor.
Applicant Requirements
The ideal candidate would need some level of independence in both medicine and routine surgery/dentistry although remote support is always available.
