Veterinary Surgeon

The role

Do you enjoy working within a large team with no on call and no bank holidays?

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our large team in our semi-rural practice in the lovely scenic town of Leominster in Hereford.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside many other experienced vets and a team of 9 nurses and 8 reception/admin staff.

Although we would ideally be looking for a full time candidate, we can also offer flexibility with this role and are open to candidates who want to work part-time for the right fit.

This role does include a Saturday on a 1 in 6 basis.

The ideal role would be a 4 day week giving you excellent work/life balance with 1:6 Saturdays with no on call or bank holiday commitments.

We are a busy, friendly practice with a varied caseload and all vets are actively encouraged to pursue their chosen area of interest with clinical freedom.

The candidate ideally would be an experienced vet, however recent graduates or new graduates are encouraged to apply. We are extremely supportive of any vets who also want to complete certificates to develop their own clinical expertise.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary package up to £65,000 per annum
