Working on behalf of a longstanding client, Key Recruitment are delighted to resource for a Vetting Advisor on a temporary basis (initially up to 12 weeks). The successful candidate will be able to commit to this role and show a passion agile working practices and a real team player who is able to perform across functions.
Job role
Contacting prospective clients by phone from a verified database of companies
Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email for Vetted Adviser as well as The Verity Centre Bureau and other campaigns
Identify any customer needs and to promote the product that will benefit the customer.
Emailing clients with required information
Manage expectations, continually optimising outbound opportunities and building a sales pipeline
Skills required.
Outbound sales experience
A confident communicator with the ability to adapt to the customer.
Good PC skills
Able to demonstrate an ability to maximise sales through excellent customer service.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Self-motivated with good work ethic
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
The Vetted Advisor role is for a total of 25 hours per week with the remaining hours supporting other organisational campaigns for 37.5 hours working week.
