Job Summary
Role purpose:As a key member of the China Senior Management Team and global HR Executive Committee, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of delivering the overall business plan along the strategic direction of the organization in China. You will also be bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands to strengthen DHL’s position as an employer of choice and a great place to work for all.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with business stakeholdersand develop local HR priority according to business strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to develop regional HR priorities in line with the overall business strategy
• Ensure the global and regional business targets achieved smoothly by allocating appropriate resources and managing curial projects
• Manage regional workforce planning and talent development initiatives to meet talent demands for business growth
• Provide guidance on organization development to ensure maximum organizational effectiveness
• Lead regional EOS(Employee Opinion Survey) and formulate action plans to improve employee engagement by measuring staff morale and organization climate
• Facilitate employee communications from both top down and bottom up to consistently strengthen DHL’s position as an employer of choice and a great place to work for all.
In this position you need to have
• Bachelor Degree or above, with a focus in Human Resources Management would be advantageous
• A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple HR functions, preferably from MNC
• In-depth knowledge of talent development, C&B, training, and employee relations
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into HR strategy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with multiple stakeholders
• Good command of English and Mandarin written and spoken skills
