As a Vice President Sales and Growth Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator business, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. Job responsibilities:
- Executes the sales and growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities across a variety of target industries, user cases, and product capabilities
- Develops and maintains an active sales pipeline and maintains an active engagement plan, regularly engaging prospects and clients
- Partners with our product team to inform the product roadmap from the customer perspective
- As needed, supports engineering team with customer-facing activities and communications
- Supports related team activities, including thought leadership, marketing, sales and commercialization strategy, input into the product roadmap, etc.
- Works with internal partners and cross-functional teams to further sales and growth goals
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Extensive experience in sales and relationship management experience in B2B2C SaaS technology offerings
- Experience in commercialization and negotiations
- Proficient in consultative selling and pipeline development and account planning; demonstrated ability to position and close new business
- Ability to recognize a client's needs and apply solution selling, which requires a deep comprehension of technological products
- Actively hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a collaborative team player with the ability and experience of working across multiple functional and business groups
- Strong track record of operating in an agile, fast-paced software development environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong problem solving skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience of priority industries (e.g., rentals, travel, dining, events) is highly desirable
