Vice Principal

Career Teachers are urgently seeking a Vice Principal for a long term Temp to Perm supply in the Bradford area.

• Must be a UK Qualified Teacher possessing a PGCE, B.Ed or BA with QTS
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Must currently resident in the UK

We are seeking an exceptional and highly talented individual, who will join our leadership team to provide highly effective leadership for our client. The successful candidate will already have experience at in education administrative leadership, with a proven track record of successful leadership of a faculty/department or similar.

The successful candidate will:

• Have high ability to motivate, inspire and lead individuals and whole groups;
• Be an effective and resilient leader, with the ability to develop people;
• Contribute to ensuring that the academy provides every student with high quality education which promotes the highest possible standards of achievement;
• Have the experience, skills and determination to undertake a leadership role;
• Secure high levels of performance and value added for all students, especially the most vulnerable;
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
• Be experienced, knowledgeable and effective in all safeguarding practices;

This post will be joining a large leadership team consisting of a Principal, Vice Principals and Assistant Vice Principals, and is ideal for an existing Assistant/Deputy in smaller school or academy, or a Head of Faculty/Department who can demonstrate success in their current role, and who is looking for the next step in their career.
