Reporting to our Head of Marketing, the In-House Videographer will contribute to multimedia content creation. Responsible for the entire video production process, from conceptualisation to delivery, the role demands creativity, organisational skills, and a big-picture mindset. We seek a Videographer with proven expertise in video production and editing, familiarity with professional equipment, and a portfolio of diverse projects are essential. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and a confident self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, committed to delivering quality.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Plan, script, and storyboard video concepts effectively to convey messages.
* Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices for high-quality footage.
* Edit and enhance video content, incorporating graphics, animations, and effects.
* Refine and revise video content based on team feedback.
* Align video projects with brand and marketing strategies through collaboration.
* Develop diverse video content, including case studies, interviews, and event coverage.
* Export videos in various formats for social media, website, and presentations.
You may have a degree or equivalent experience in film production, multimedia, motion design, or graphic design. You will be able to demonstrate all-round videographer experience and will be familiar with camera equipment, lighting, and audio, alongside experience in workplace sectors, with a big-picture mindset, and excellent organisational and communication skills
