X1 are looking for a fast paced, professional, ambitious and passionate person to join our friendly and successful team as a Viewings & Enquiries Assistant in our Manchester Media City branch for a fixed term contract until 20th September.

Your role - Viewings & Enquiries Assistant
At X1, we ensure that every customer journey is the best that it can be. Customer service and tenant satisfaction is key and by being a part of the X1 team, you will be expected to contribute to this - first and last impressions are everything. You will be the face of X1 and will be expected to be friendly, well-presented, helpful and professional at all times.
Your primary tasks will be:
·       Conducting viewings
·       Responding to enquiries
·       Booking in viewings
·       Sending out application paperwork
·       Telephone answering
·       Web chat
·       Other ad-hoc duties
Department: Lettings
Salary - starting from £22,308 per annum
Location: Manchester Media City
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
