Job purpose:

This role is a pivotal part of our virtual and serviced space product. You will be working on a busy switchboard answering calls on behalf of our customers.

You’ll work collaboratively in a team of three, liaising with our wider property teams across all regions to ensure customer intel is shared and all switchboard information is kept up to date.

This role is hybrid, which means you will spend four days in our lovely Union office, located in Manchester City Centre and one day working from home. It is a full time 40 hours per week role, worked Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:30.

What we’re looking for:

  • Skills and experience in a customer service phone based role or similar is advantageous but not a necessity
  • All calls are inbound, so it’s important you enjoy building rapport and relationships with people, ensuring they have a positive first impression of Bruntwood
  • Positive energy is important, at Bruntwood our focus is to find the right product for the right customer so we want you to enjoy what you do, and take satisfaction in providing great service
  • A good phone manner and communication skills are important with the role being focused on speaking to potential customers
  • Good attention to detail - passing on accurate messaging to different customers
