Description
- Preparing financial reports for management to review.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with budget preparation.
- Checking financial documents and journals for accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with state revenue service.
- Updating financial data in databases to ensure the information is accurate.
- Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
Job Offer
