- -First point of contact to visitors providing knowledge and direction
- -Cash handling
- -Taking and ordering delivery for goods and services
- -Ensure a high level of food hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered too
- -Undertake facility checks at the visitors centre, including food paths and car park
- -Promote responsible access to the public
- -Assisting in organising, planning and delivery of events
