Do you want to be part of the team supporting a renowned museum and gallery in the heart of Basingstoke.

As part of our front of house team you will be at the heart of our visitor’s experience. Working at the Willis Museum and Sainsbury Gallery will see you support our café, invigilating our galleries, supporting venue hire and operations and working with our volunteers to ensure we are delivering fantastic customer service and outstanding events.

A bit about you

You’ll be a people person and will enjoy meeting new customers every day with a great understanding of what makes exceptional customer service. You’ll be a great communicator and will love putting your excellent people skills to use to make every visitor feel valued and welcome. You’ll be a supportive team player, always willing to jump in and lend a hand, but you’ll also be happy to work on your own initiative when necessary.
