Visual Ecommerce and Marketing Manager

This is a newly created role within the company, to manage the Ecommerce/Marketing team - 3 people

We are looking for somebody to bring fresh ideas, knowledge, creativity, and talent to this exciting new role.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and support team members for the updating of site content including product descriptions, imagery, colour association and photography.

Manage and support team members with inhouse 360 photography studio.

Manage and ensure that product launches are produced to the companies’ high standards.

Manage and support the team with the collations of supplier brochures, updates, pricing and discontinued items.

Manage and organise the Social Media calendar.

Work closely with our suppliers to encourage communication and focus on the profitability of individual brands.

Organisation & creation of our bi-weekly newsletters.

Work closely with our SEO company to ensure that our blog, content and product information is fully optimised.

Be proficient in data analysis tools. Be able to provide & collate monthly web analytic reports and provide opportunities for improvement.

Competitor research, data analysis and monthly findings summary reports.

Work with our Customer Service team to improve the CX whilst on the company website.

What you will bring to the role

Organise, create & edit videos to be used across our website & all social media channels. We have a newly built in house recording studio which holds lots of opportunity for fresh & original ideas.

Collaborate with the business owners to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns. Ensuring that there is a consistency in brand messaging and that current campaigns are expanded upon.

Propose fresh & original ideas for current social media content, 

Knowledge of Shopware 6 platform would be preferable. Experience of  Canva, Photoshop, Magento, Excel, ClickUp, Wordpress, Hootsuite would be preferred

Previous experience/Knowledge:

Prior experience in e-commerce/marketing management.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Excellent Analytic skills and experience with analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Enthusiasm, creativity, and lots of ideas
