TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Void Admin to join our client on a permanent basis based at their office in Chigwell, Essex.
Duties as a Void Admin will be but not limited to –
- Assist and provide support to engineers.
- Process and distribute tasks to the relevant engineers.
- Prepare and send quotes to clients.
- Create and maintaining systems for record keeping, filing, reports.
The salary for this role is starting from £25,000.
Working hours are Monday – Friday. 8am – 5pm.
We are looking for someone with –
- Good customer service skills
- Good telephone skills
- Previous experience as an admin within the construction/social housing industry (desirable)
- Good software skills
As this is a permanent opportunity, there will be a holiday and pension package included. This will be discussed at the time of the interview.
