Recruitment Consultant (Trainee/Senior) - £23,000 - £25,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a switched on and ambitious individual to join our growing team of education recruiters based in Brighton, East Sussex. Pink Tile Education is a privately owned education recruitment firm that serves the South East of England. With a decade of experience in Education recruitment, we are market leaders.

Essential:

• Experience or genuine interest in education.
• Winning personality and a can-do attitude
• Recruitment or sales experience (minimum 1 year) with a proven track record.

• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Organisation skills

Desirables:

• Degree level qualification

• A car and driving licence
