Job Description: Our Client currently seeking two experienced Voids Surveyors to join their team in . As a Voids Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs in void properties, ensuring efficient property turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct void property surveys and assessments.
Manage maintenance and repairs for void properties.
Utilize housing computer systems for effective data management.
Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards.
Provide accurate and timely reports on void property status.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in voids management within a housing association setting.
Proficient in housing computer systems (any).
Desirable: Experience with EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) assessments, particularly in the context of HHCRO (Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation).
Skills:
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience in maintenance and repairs within a voids context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
