Who we’re looking for

If you have experience of managing a high-quality Voids & Lettings process and large scale-contracts in a housing environment, we’re looking for an experienced leader to improve the speed and cost of turning around empty homes. Using your expertise and enthusiasm, you’ll work collaboratively with our in-house repairs team, driving collaborative ways of working which improve the customer experience and maximise income.

You’ll be a great people leader with a proven record of improving processes and collaborating with an in-house contractor and local authority partner. You must have the tenacity to drive change and look at our long-term strategy, bringing people with you on the journey to set up this service for future success.
