Our client are seeking a Void / Window cleaner to undertake a role within their Void cleaning teams based in Coventry but will cover Coventry, Birmingham, Worcester and Hereford. You will be cleaning void properties and cleaning up bio hazards. You will need to have previous experience in this area of work and be able to clean to a high standard. You will need to be a Team player and work flexibly across their mobile teams.

In housing, you can make a real difference, the role of Void/Window Cleaner will involve:
Cleaning void properties to a high standard
Cleaning biohazards including bodily fluids and animal waste
Cleaning new build properties to a high standard
Cleaning tenanted properties who have vulnerabilities
Pat testing equipment
Window cleaning properties
Gutter clearances on properties
As a Void/Window Cleaner, they need you to have:
To be trained to BICs standard or willing to be trained
Basic Health and Safety in a cleaning environment especially in use of associated equipment.
Have Bio Hazard experience, and Void Cleaning experience
Ability to clean to a required standard set by management
Understand and respond to verbal and written instructions
Ability to work and meet varying deadlines
Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment
Have a flexible approach to working weekends
Ability to work effectively alone and part of a team
Ability to work in unpleasant conditions
Ideally hold a valid full and clean UK Driving License
