Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Accurately document interactions between parents and children.
- Ensure all notes are complete, clear, and adhere to established guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all recorded information.
- Report any concerns or unusual observations to the supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Adhere to all organisational policies, especially regarding child protection and data privacy.
- Assist with data entry and organisation of documentation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide assistance when required
