What you'll be doing You’ll be part of our properties senior leadership team thinking strategically about all of our volunteer and community work. As well as helping us to reach more diverse audiences, you’ll create a flexible and inclusive environment for volunteers, communities and partners. You’ll look at how we can improve the ways we partner with communities and will ensure that our volunteers feel valued and have a voice Who we're looking for
