LED Community Leisure is seeking to appoint a new CEO to lead the organisation in fulfilling its development commitments and enhancing its resilience and effectiveness.
We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the responsibility of overseeing and managing LED's priorities and strategies. Our new CEO will understand the importance of our people, culture, and values. These fundamental elements serve as the foundation for our actions and decisions.
LED is dedicated to providing exceptional community facilities and services that promote leisure, health, entertainment, and hospitality.
Our portfolio of venues & leisure facilities encompasses major leisure and sporting venues through entertainment and commercial catering outlets. We are proud of the diverse range of community-based activities held in schools, as well as in the beautiful countryside and beaches of East Devon, which are largely organised by our committed volunteers. A standout of which we are particularly proud is our Walking for Health program, which has over 50 volunteers who help us run it.
Our new CEO will need to establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage team initiatives while contributing to data-driven business decisions that positively impact LED’s financial and operational performance. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employees to work towards achieving company-wide goals. We are seeking applicants with a strong commercial background and a proven track record of achieving growth and sustainability.
