VANRATH are pleased to be working with a global law firm on their search for aVulnerability Management Architect. Experience with vulnerability scanning tools is a must (Nessus/ Nmap/ Qualys). Previous architecture experience is not essential, if candidates are in an engineering position and looking to make the step up, this would be a perfect role for them.
The Vulnerability Management Specialist will bring technical expertise to design and implement the organization's Vulnerability Management program, with a focus on continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office & 3 from home.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure 24/7 operation of Vulnerability Management tools.
- Manage and enhance an enterprise vulnerability assessment toolset, communicating risk and impact to stakeholders.
- Implement an efficient vulnerability reporting program for executive-level use.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certification in CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in security Vulnerability Management for large Windows enterprises
- Proficient in administering tools like Nessus, Nmap, Qualys
- Knowledge of Windows patching methods, SCCM, MS Intune, Group Policy deployment
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 standards, CVSS scoring, and cloud security technologies
