- Hours: 36 per week on average
- Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (waking night shifts: 8pm-6am or 9pm-7am)

Your day-to-day:
- Oversee night operations to ensure a safe and secure environment in a 26 bed property.
- Lead and motivate a team of 4 night staff to deliver excellent support services.
- Be proactive in organising events to engage residents and create a community, including movie nights, pizza nights, cooking classes, bingo etc.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and manage crisis situations with confidence.
- Take the lead on managing child protection issues, safeguarding concerns, resident disputes, substance use issues and domestic abuse.
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders across the organisation to maintain seamless operations.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in supported housing or a similar field, working with vulnerable people or those in crisis.
- Supervisory or line management experience.
- Demonstrable experience with safeguarding and child protection.
- Knowledge and an appreciation of Restorative Practice and Psychological Informed Environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be calm in crisis.
