SalaryJMQ is currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join one of our esteemed clients. We are in search of a dedicated hospitality professional who can deliver exceptional service with finesse.
As a Waiter/Waitress, your key responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Providing efficient and friendly service in a timely manner
- Personalizing interactions with guests and seizing upselling opportunities
- Creating memorable experiences and emotional connections with guests
- Ensuring accurate processing of bills
- Striving to enhance service quality at every opportunity
Do you possess the following qualifications?
- Strong proficiency in food and beverage service, particularly in afternoon tea
- Previous experience in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment
- A flair for hospitality, a passion for service, and a conscientious attitude
- Confidence, professionalism, and an engaging personality
- Ability to innovate and surprise guests with exceptional service
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in clear conversational English; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
