Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Skills: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests - Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change accurately - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously - Good communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues Note: Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and enthusiasm for the role.

Pay: £7.50-£11.00 per hour
