Waitress/ Waiter

Our company is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic waitress/waiter to work at our Indian restaurant that is opening next month. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables on time
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in the hospitality industry is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
