Position Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be a key member of our clients front-of-house team, responsible for creating a positive dining experience for our clients guests. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at our bistro. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the dishes
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service
• Set and reset tables with attention to cleanliness and presentation
• Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
