Waiting/Bar Staff

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal and promptly addressing any concerns or requests - Process payments accurately using POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and accurate order delivery - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards Skills: - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including guest services, food safety, and culinary practices - Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately - Familiarity with kitchen operations to assist with food preparation when needed Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 45 per week
