Overview
Role Purpose
Working with other teams across the firm, the RFP Team is responsible for the completion of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs. The Role Holder will:
• Assist with the creation of RFPs and other questionnaires that create a favourable first impression with clients, consultants and prospects.
• Assist with responses to questionnaires on all topics related to sustainability.
• Assist with the population of consultant databases.
• Ensure responses are accurate.
• Participate in the work across the team including reports and projects.
• Seek continual improvement, be innovative and display strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the team with the accurate and effective production of RFPs, consultant databases and related documents.
• Have a working knowledge of approach to sustainability to enable effective responses to related questionnaires.
• Gather data, collate supporting material, edit text, and delivery submissions all within required deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with all areas of the firm.
• Review data to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the maintenance and efficient distribution of master text and in the appropriate and efficient distribution of that text, quarterly.
• Ensure that procedures are followed and met in regard to approvals and audit requirements.
• Undertake project work as required.
• Record related activities on our CRM system, Salesforce
Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong written English skills and ability to interpret and tailor text appropriately.
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Possess the skill and technical knowledge to interpret data and requirements.
• Good business knowledge and understanding of the operating model of an investment management firm (desirable, not essential).
• Genuine interest in investment, portfolios, companies, strategies and research process.
