These skills will include:
Answering the telephone, communicating with the staff, patients and relatives.
Booking transport for patients to go to their home or Outpatient appointments.
Scanning documents onto Cerner and ensuring the information is stored correctly.
Ordering stock for the ward and communicating with the NIC regarding stock levels.
Attending the MDT meeting every day, ensuring criteria is documented and medical records are up to date..
