Warehouse Administrator

Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Stafford Park for a Warehouse Administrator on a temporary to permanent contract.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday

40 hours per week

Pay

£11.65 per hour

£24,232 per annum

Description and key responsibilities as an Warehouse Administrator:

• Adding customer picks to WMS
• Picks - winding on automated pick requests, plus all other pick requests received
• Pre-notifying inbounds- create movement requests for inbound deliveries
• Scanning in - adding pins and scanning in deliveries received
• Taking bookings - taking phone call bookings and adding to the inbound diary
• Data entry WMS- adding pallet ref/details, batch info to inbounds
• Filing - pick note paperwork
• Stock reports - sending customer stock reports on request

Qualifications and skills required as an Warehouse Administrator:

• Minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in an Administration role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, hard-working and positive
• Ability to take initiative when it comes to your workload and prioritising tasks.
