Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a rewarding career in warehouse administration? We're seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Warehouse Administrator on a permanent basis, offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per year.
Shifts : 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and other paperwork as required.
- Utilize computerized systems to track inventory, update databases, and generate reports.
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role is essencial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
