You will be required to provide administrative support data entry of hours worked by operatives into client's software within a timely and efficient manner, working to set deadlines for submission. You will be required to cross reference all entries with clocking in systems for sites to ensure any anomalies are rectified before processing.
You will be required to provide additional administrative duties which will include, printing reports, filing and rectification of any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within the Construction industry and entering of time data would also be advantageous however not essential.
