JOB TITLE: Warehouse Assembler/ Packer

LOCATION: Meridian Business Park, Leicester (just off Junction 21 of the M1)

HOURS: No more than 37.5 per week

APPOINTMENT TYPE: Zero hours contract

Are you enthusiastic and hands-on? SAIT Abrasives (UK) Ltd, (a vibrant and friendly manufacturer of products used to grind, cut and finish materials), is seeking a warehouse operative to join their close-knit team. Based at Meridian Business Park, the company has been established since 1963 and is part of a global group of 8 subsidiaries worldwide, with a collective turnover of over €200 million. This is a chance to join a company with exciting plans for the future, who have recently invested in a number of new machines to further enhance their UK manufacturing capabilities.

Your Role as Warehouse Assembler/Packer:

Quality checking items and preparing and packing items for dispatch

As Warehouse Operative/Packer you will possess the following attributes, qualifications and skills:

1) Able to meet the physical demands of the role and have a high level of manual dexterity

2) Numerical competence

3) Good organising and planning capability

4) Able to comply with all safety requirements within a manufacturing facility

5) Good reliability and time management

Package and Benefits:

- up to £11.44 per hour
- Hours: Preferably Monday to Friday day shift
